VNIR511
Based in Bangalore, VNIR Biotechnologies develops cutting-edge molecular probes for cellular imaging and disease diagnostics.
VNIRTM DNA minor 650 is a Near infra red emitting, minor groove binding, turn-on fluroscent probe used to detect to dsDNA rich in A-T base pairs. The probe is very specific to dsDNA and does not fluoresce in the presence of G-C rich sequences and, ssDNA, RNA and proteins. The probe is cell permeable, photostable and exhibits low cell toxicity. The probe can be used in multiple applications including DNA recognition, nuclear staining of both live and fixed cells, and cell cycle analysis.
