VNIRTM VNIRTMCalcein AM is a cell permaeable, green emitting fluorescent stain. Once the dye is inside the cell it gets hydrolysed by intracellular esterases into green fluorescent Calcein and gets reatined in the cytoplasm. This is used as an indicator fro cell viability, cell toxicity, cell membrane integrity and cell tracing.
