VNIRTM Mito DNA is a far-red emitting, Bio-compatible, Cell permeable and photostable, turn-on fluorescent probe for studying mitochondria. The probe is membrane potential independent and selectively binds to Mitochondrial G-quadruplex in both live and fixed cells.This probe can be used to study structural and functional dynamics, and homeostasis of mtDNA GQs in living cells with minimal background interference and photodamage.
